We firmly believe that exceptional property management extends beyond daily services—it lies in partnering with our tenants to create enduring value for both the environment and the community. The “Green Action Program – Year Round Recycling Campaign” actively implemented amongst properties managed by Keysen Property Management Services Limited throughout the year demonstrated tangible reflection of this vision.
Through five key environmental initiatives over the year, we collaborated with several well-recognized respected charitable and environmental organizations, transforming the generosity of our tenants into meaningful support for the community. Each donation and recycling effort has contributed to effective resource circulation and provided tangible assistance to those in need:
- March – Cables and Wires Recycling Campaign: Collected materials were transferred to “GREEN@COMMUNITY” for further processing, promoting the regeneration of electronic waste.
- April – May – Toys Donation Campaign: Through “Crossroads Foundation”, donated toys were shared with children in need within the community.
- June – Books & Stationeries Donation Campaign and September – October – Used Clothing Donation Campaign: Both initiatives were supported through the network of “The Salvation Army”, ensuring proper distribution and reuse of donated items.
- Ongoing – Year-round Food Donation Drive: Supports the daily operations of Food Angel, converting resources into meals for individuals and families in need locally.
These achievements are made possible entirely through the enthusiastic participation of our tenants and stakeholders. Every item donated not only helps reduce our carbon footprint but also translates directly into community support, truly embodying our commitment to co-creating environmental and social value with our tenants.
We extend our sincere gratitude to every participant. We remain dedicated to building platforms for more sustainable initiatives and working together with you to foster a greener, more caring future.
